BlockMySchool helps users find a school and, when available, download a pre-generated Minecraft Bedrock .mcworld file. This policy explains the information we collect, why we collect it, and how to contact us.

Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, authentication provider, and session data when you create or use an account.
• School request information: requested school slug/name, state, email address, optional note, request status, and timestamps.
• Payment information: checkout, subscription, product, invoice, customer, and payment status metadata from our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
• Download and storage information: school world availability, version, quality score, and private object-key metadata needed to deliver paid .mcworld downloads.
• Usage and analytics information: page views and product events for school search, school detail views, download clicks, and request submissions.
• Support information: messages and contact details you submit through support or contact forms.
• Legal, refund, and takedown information: messages, contact details, order references, school references, and supporting context needed to review refund, copyright, trademark, school safety, or takedown requests.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• provide login, account, paid access, and download delivery;
• prioritize requested schools for offline generation and quality review;
• prevent abuse, duplicate requests, and unauthorized downloads;
• process payments, renewals, refunds, and billing support;
• monitor production reliability and product usage;
• respond to support, legal, and operational requests.

Third-Party Services

BlockMySchool may use third-party providers for authentication, database hosting, object storage, payments, email, analytics, monitoring, and error investigation. These providers process information only as needed to support the service.

Minecraft, Map, And School Data

BlockMySchool is not an official Minecraft service and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Generated worlds may use public map or school directory data and are provided for entertainment and educational exploration.

Takedown And Refund Requests

If you contact us about a takedown, refund, school safety concern, copyright issue, trademark issue, or other legal request, we use the information you provide only to review the request, respond to you, preserve necessary records, and make any required product or storage changes.

Data Retention

We retain account, payment, request, and operational records while they are needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, prevent abuse, and maintain auditability. You may request account deletion by contacting support.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for accounts, database records, and private storage. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
